Angela Seng has been inducted into the Independent Superstars’ “Recording Artist Hall of Fame”. In recognition of Angela‘s achievement, Wildhorse Entertainment’s Frans Maritz placed her in this prestigious organization with the approval of the International HOF committee members. Angela’s lifetime contribution to the Independent Music Industry as a Recording Artist has earned her this induction into the IDSS Hall of Fame. Angela began singing at age five, performing living-room concerts for her dolls and close family members. Before long, she was singing in church services, and her love of music grew into an insatiable desire to learn everything she could about becoming a better vocalist.
During her teenage years, Angela developed crippling stage fright. Nevertheless, she persevered and continued to sing. After more than 30 years, she found freedom at a spiritual retreat, where she laid her fears and anxiety on the altar beneath an old rugged cross. From that moment, doors began opening for her music ministry.
What began as living-room concerts by a little girl with a big voice and big dreams has led Angela to stages in Branson, Missouri; the Soundstage at Graceland; the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.; the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee, where she performed with the Country Chorale during Sunday Mornin’ Country; and the Ark Encounter, where she performed during the world’s largest Christian music festival and the biggest event in Southern Gospel music history.
Angela recently signed with Grace Records Nashville LLC, and God continues to open doors for her nationally and internationally. Her latest album, Fired Up and Filled Up, was produced and engineered by Mike Schrimpf, former keyboardist for Conway Twitty. It has become her most successful album to date, earning multiple No. 1 singles, gold and platinum disc awards, and a nomination for Album of the Year at the Season 19 Prayze Factor Awards.
A multi-award-winning recording artist, Angela is known for her ability to perform across multiple genres. In 2025, she received the Female Horizon Vocalist of the Year award at the Christian Voice Magazine Gospel Music Fan Awards. In 2026, she was named New Inspirational Artist of the Year at the Music Star Fan Awards.
However, being inducted into the Independent Super Stars Hall of Fame is an especially tremendous and unexpected honor one she never imagined would happen in her lifetime. Angela extends her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who voted for her and helped make her Hall of Fame induction possible.
