Kerr Donnelly has been inducted into the Independent Superstars “Songwriting” Hall of Fame. Frans Maritz (Wildhorse Entertainment) signed the official certificate placing  Kerr into this prestigious organization located in South Africa. Kerr Donnelly has the distinct honor of being inducted into the IDSS Hall of Fame for his life-time contribution to the Independent Music Industry as a Songwriter. Kerr is seen holding his award below in the animated Hall Of Fame, confirming his induction into the Hall Of Fame. “Absolutely wonderful News I’m really honoured to be included to the Songwriters HALL OF FAME. Biography of Kerr Donnelly

For over thirty years, Kerr Donnelly has written No#1 Hit Songs and TV and Movie Soundtracks with his band. He was born in Glespin, Lanarkshire, Scotland and now lives in Cannock, Staffordshire. He attended Sherbrook Comprehensive School and Cannock Chase High School, and is proud to tell everyone about it. 

 

Known for his British Country Rock music, Kerr Donnelly who’s Musical style is described as British Country Rock (Country, Rockabilly, Rock n Roll, Blues, & Ballads), formed his own band, the KERR DONNELLY BAND, in 1987, which is described as “Elvis Presley made me pick up the guitar & Raymond Froggatt made me pick up the pen” in his musical style.

 

The band consisting of Andy Purcell on Drums & Martin Holland on Lead Guitar are gearing up for their thirty eighth anniversary of being in the forefront of the music industry next year (2025). To date, the band has achieved Numerous No#1’s in Charts throughout the world. Kerr Donnelly is about to release his 37th double album, “ROCK N ROLL SHOW”, with his band, who are one hundred percent United Kingdom Country/Rock n Roll Band with 133 No#1 Songs to date,  “The Kerr Donnelly Band”.
